Alcohol content

The alcohol content of a cocktail recipe is determined automatically from the alcohol values of the individual ingredients, calculated (if possible) using the stored quantity information of the recipe data. <!--more-->

As with many recipes not always exact quantities are stored, we also try to get a realistic value from the size of the glass used and the available quantities. If this is not possible or if not all parameters of an ingredient are stored, the alcohol content is not displayed.

As the calculation of the value is automatic, the alcohol content is calculated immediately, even for new recipes (provided that the quantities are also indicated and all the necessary data have been entered in the database).

Missing parameters will of course be added and it should be possible to assign an alcohol content to all recipes bit by bit. If you discover any discrepancies or errors in the displayed data, please leave a small message in the forum, mentioning the name of the recipe. Thank you!
