2 Eighth Lime

Preparation


  1. Add ginger and sugar syrup to the jar and mash.
  2. Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass and add.
  3. Add 2-3 ice cubes and pour in the gin.
  4. Top up with champagne.
  5. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
