12 Lime
1.5 l Mineral Water (sparkling)
200 g Cane Sugar
200 ml Cachaça
1.5 l Champagne
1 Melon

Preparation


Grate the peel of 3 limes, squeeze the juice from 5 - 6 limes. Put the peel + juice with mineral water into an ice cube tray and freeze. Halve the melon (honeydew melon), remove the seeds and cut out balls. Cut 6 limes into eighths, crush with the cane sugar.
