3 BS Cane Sugar
4 cl Vanilla liqueur, Licor 43
2 cl Vodka

Preparation

  1. Same procedure as for the Caipirinha: wash the lime(s) warm, cut off the ends, cut into eighths and add to the Caipirinha glass with the cane sugar.
  2. Leave to infuse for a few minutes and then pestle
  3. Then fill the glass with crushed ice
  4. Add Licor 43 and vodka
  5. Stir and serve
