Preparation

  1. Peel even strips from an unsprayed lemon.
  2. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, add the pastis, blue curacao and a splash of Angostura.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Garnish the rim of a cocktail glass with a lemon peel spiral.
