Ingredient: Curaçao Triple Sec

Triple Sec is a Curaçao (orange liqueur), which has a slightly higher alcohol content. 35 to 40% by volume are typical here. Curaçao was originally made from the peels of a variety of bitter orange, which are typical for the island of Curaçao (Venezuela) and thus gave this liqueur its name.
