3 cl Zimt-Vanille- Apple Liqueur
2 cl Lemon Juice
2 cl Maple Syrup

Preparation


  1. Put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake on ice for approx. 10 seconds.
  2. Simply strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a dried apple ring.

The best way to make apple-cinnamon vanilla liqueur is to make it yourself. Apple-cinnamon liqueur - 1.5 l apple juice, naturally cloudy - 250 g brown sugar - 2 cinnamon sticks - 1 vanilla pod - 700 ml white rum 1. Mix the apple juice and brown sugar in a large saucepan and add two cinnamon sticks. 2. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthways and add to the juice. 3. Bring the juice to the boil. Simmer for two minutes. Then remove from the heat and leave to cool completely. 4. Pour the juice through a fine-mesh sieve, twice if necessary. 5. Now just stir in the rum and fill into nice bottles.
