50 ml Vermouth Bianco Non-Alcoholic, Martini Floreale
20 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Sugar Syrup
1 Twig Thyme
1 Slice Lemon
100 ml To fill Mineral Water (sparkling)

Preparation

  1. Put everything except the soda and lemon slice in the shaker.
  2. Strain into the glass.
