Black Truffle
2.5 cl Pear Juice
1 cl Pears Fruit Brandy

Preparation

  1. For the truffle infusion: Add the truffle slices to a bottle of GREY GOOSE® Original (70 cl) and leave to infuse at room temperature for a week.
  2. Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice.
  3. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Sprinkle with a little truffle essence and serve.
