Ingredients


10 Lime
100 g Cane Sugar
200 ml Cachaça
1 l Tonic Water
1 l Mineral Water (sparkling)

Preparation


Quarter the limes and add the sugar. Crush with a pestle so that the sugar and juice dissolve. Add the Pitu (Cachaca) and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Then pour with tonic and mineral water.
