4.5 cl Rum Dark
3 cl Cognac
1.5 cl Gin
5 cl Lemon Juice
3 cl Orange Juice
1.5 cl Almond Syrup
1.5 cl Sherry Fino

Preparation

  1. Add a few ice cubes to a shaker.
  2. Add the rum, cognac, gin, lemon juice, orange juice and almond syrup to the shaker.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to a highball glass.
  4. Strain the drink into the glass.
  5. Float the sherry over a bar spoon onto the drink.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
