Preparation
- Strawberries, syrup, lemon juice and sugar syrup in blender to strawberry pulp mix. Shaker with ice and filled with Prosecco, add pulp and stir with bar spoon. Pour into the bowl again fill up with fresh Prosecco. Ready.
- Shaker mit Eis und gefüllt mit Prosecco, Mark dazu geben und mit Bar Löffel verrühren.
- In die Schale füllen nochmals mit frischen Prosecco auffüllen. Fertig.
