375 ml Rosé Wine (sweet)
6 cl Lemon Juice
3 cl Sugar Syrup

Preparation

  1. Pour the rosé wine into an ice cube mold and freeze in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  2. Then place the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into cocktail bowls and serve.
