Preparation
- Place pineapple juice, vodka, Blue Curaçao and Cream of Coconut in a blender.
- Add one cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until the contents have a uniformly fine consistency.
- Coconut rim: moisten the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and dip the glass upside down in grated coconut.
- Pour the contents of the blender into the jar.
