5 cl Whiskey (Bourbon)
2 cl Lemon Juice
1 cl Sugar Syrup
1 cl Red Wine (dry)
1 (optional) Egg White

Preparation

  1. Shake whiskey, lemon juice and sugar syrup (and egg white, if desired) vigorously over ice.
  2. Strain into the glass.
  3. Float red wine over the drink.
