6 cl Rum (brown)
2 cl Lime Juice (fresh)
2 cl Soda
2 cl Sugar Syrup
2 Peach Half
1 Lime
3 BS Cane Sugar
Mint Leaves
2 cl Peach Liqueur

Preparation

  1. Add peach, sugar syrup, one dash lime juice, peach liqueur to bartender, then blend to pith.
  2. Limes eighth with cane sugar in the glass, add mint leaves, crush with stösel peach pulp add fill with crushed ice, stir well.
