4 cl Raki Anise Liqueur
3 cl Lemon Juice
1.5 cl Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
2 dash Angostura

Lemon slice, cocktail cherry

Preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. First shake without ice to turn the egg white into foam.
  3. Add a few ice cubes and shake again until the drink is cold.
  4. Strain into a tumbler.
  5. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a slice of lemon and serve.
