Ingredients

3 cl Rum (white)
3 cl Rum (brown)
1.5 cl Falernum Syrup
6 cl Orange Juice
6 cl Pineapple Juice
1.5 cl Lemon Juice
3 dash Aromatic Bitters

Preparation

  1. Pour rum, falernum and juices into a glass with some crushed ice and stir.
  2. Top with crushed ice and pour three dashes of Aromatic Bitter over the top.
  3. Garnish with pineapple wedge and serve.
