1 l Mineral Water (sparkling)

Preparation


  1. Dissolve the sugar in some water.
  2. Puree the strawberries in a blender.
  3. Place a few ice cubes in a pitcher.
  4. Add strawberry puree, lemon juice and sugar/sugar syrup.
  5. Top up with sparkling water and serve.

very sour, very sparkling

The sugar dissolves most quickly when the sugar-water mixture is heated. The resulting "syrup" should be cooled down before being added to the pitcher.

Alternatively, very fine cane sugar can be used, which dissolves much faster without heating.
