2 kg Strawberry
1.5 kg Sugar (white)
1 l Mineral Water (still)
70 g Lime Juice (fresh)
1 l Vodka
1 Lemon

Preparation

  1. Boil sugar and water, cool, add lemon and lemon balm and refrigerate for 3 days, then puree strawberries, add lime juice, vodka and syrup and mix well.
  2. Zitrone und Zironenmelisse zugeben und 3 Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
  3. Dann Erdbeeren pürieren, Limettensaft, Wodka und Sirup zugeben und gut vermischen.
  4. In Flaschen abfüllen und als Shots servieren.
