5 cl Rum (brown), Bacardi Carta Negra
0.5 pc(s). Lime
2 cl Pineapple Syrup
10 cl Spicy Ginger
3 dash Angostura Bitters

Preparation

  1. Die halbe Limette vierteln und mit dem Rum und eventuellen Sirup im Longdrinkglas muddeln.
  2. In das Glas 3 Eiswürfel geben und den Inhalt kalt rühren.
  3. Mit dem Spicy Ginger auffüllen, die Angostura Spritzer hinzufügen und vorsichtig kurz umrühren.
