3 cl Sweet & Sour
2 cl Lime Juice (fresh)
2 cl Sugar Syrup
1 pc(s). Passion Fruit
6-8 cl Soda

Decoration

dried lime slice, fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients (except soda!) vigorously over ice
  2. Pour into a wine glass and fill with additional ice cubes
  3. Fill up with soda
  4. Garnish with a slice of dried lime and fresh mint
