2 BS Cane Sugar
1 cl Strawberry Syrup
Ginger Ale

Preparation

  1. Cut the limes into eighths and add 1-2 spoons of cane sugar to the glass.
  2. Crush with a pestle.
  3. Add the mint and press down lightly.
  4. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  5. Top up with ginger ale.
  6. Add the strawberry syrup.
