3 cl Lemon Juice
1.5 cl Sugar Syrup

Preparation

  1. Shake everything in the shaker for 15 seconds without ice
  2. Shake everything in the shaker for 15 seconds with ice (for more foam additionally with the spring of the bar strainer)
  3. Strain into an old fashioned glass.
