2 cl Apricot Brandy
2 cl Calvados
20 cl Tonic Water
2 dash Bitters
Recipe for serving(s)

Thyme, lemon zest

Tumbler, medium

  1. Add ice cubes to the guest glass.
  2. Add apricot liqueur, bitters (walnut bitters) and calvados.
  3. Top up with tonic water.
  4. Stir briefly.
  5. Decorate with thyme sprig (struck) and lemon zest.
  6. Serve with straw.
