2 cl Vodka
2 cl Peach Liqueur
1 cl Blue Curaçao
10 cl Pineapple Juice
4 cl Grapefruit Juice
Espresso

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a few ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Then pour through a sieve into a balloon glass (if not available: long drink glass) (the ice cubes remain in the shaker).
  3. Add a few ice cubes and garnish the glass with a pineapple wedge if possible.
