12 cl White Wine (dry)
5 cl Bitter Aperitif, Aperol
10 cl Apple Juice
1/2 Orange

Preparation

  1. Pour the white wine, Aperol and apple juice into a pan and heat slowly (do not boil).
  2. Wash, halve and slice the orange.
  3. Add the orange slices to the pan and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place 1-2 orange slices in the cup/glass.
  5. Pour the Hot Aperol into the cup and serve.
