Ingredients

60 ml Vanilla liqueur, Licor 43
20 ml Orange Juice
10 ml Lemon Juice
7.5 ml Sugar Syrup
1 pc(s). Egg White
Recipe for serving(s)

Preparation

  1. Shake everything on ice in a tin shaker (at least 10-15 seconds)
  2. Strain through a sieve into the small tin, tip out the ice cream
  3. Shake everything again (without ice) until frothy (at least 10 - 15 seconds)
  4. Pour into a pre-cooled cocktail glass (without ice!!!)
