1 cl Grapefruit Juice
12 cl Ginger Beer

Preparation

  1. Mash the lime wedges in the copper cup with the pestle
  2. Mash the pomegranate with vodka and grapefruit juice in a mixing glass using a pestle
  3. Strain through a sieve into the copper cup
  4. Add ginger beer, top up with ice and stir well
