5 cl Cachaça
3 cl Blue Curaçao
1 cl Banana Liqueur
6 cl Orange Juice
6 cl Passion Fruit Juice
1.5 cl Grenadine
1 cl Blue Curaçao Syrup

Preparation

  1. Pour grenadine into the glass and fill 1/3 full with ice
  2. Shake banana liqueur, orange juice, passion fruit juice and half cachaca in a shaker over ice
  3. strain slowly through a sieve into the glass
  4. Fill 2/3 with ice
  5. other half cachaça, blue curaçao, blue curaçao syrup in a shaker on ice
  6. strain slowly through a sieve into the glass
  7. Fill up completely with ice and gently stir the layers once with the bar spoon
