6 cl Plymouth Gin
1.5 cl Bitters, Aperol
2 cl Lemon Juice
1.5 cl Sugar Syrup
2 cl Watermelon Liqueur
3 cl Soda

Slice of lime, watermelon corner if desired

Preparation

  1. Shake the gin, Aperol, lemon juice, sugar syrup and watermelon liqueur in a shaker over ice
  2. Strain through a sieve into a glass filled with ice
  3. Top up with soda and stir gently
